Yembo Alternatives: the AI survey with the price on the page.
Yembo sells a suite: four survey modes (the customer films alone, a live Smart Consult, an onsite walk with the AI counting, or Managed Surveys run by their staff), an estimate built from your tariff with e-signature inside Yembo, and claims. It publishes no price; their site runs Get Demo and Contact Us (read 2026-09-17). MoveBlueprint starts on your website. The customer prices their own move on the quote form, films one narrated walkthrough, the AI recognizes the items, and the inventory lands in the CRM you already run, where you write the quote. $199 a month, one login, surveys unmetered.
How a Yembo switch actually goes
- Put the MoveBlueprint quote form on your site. The customer prices their own move there and gets the walkthrough link; nothing has to be sent from the office to start.
- Point new surveys at MoveBlueprint. The customer films on their own time, you review the inventory from the dashboard, and it lands in your CRM.
- Write the quote in your CRM from that inventory, the way you did before Yembo. Keep old Yembo surveys wherever they are; nothing carries over.
- Cancel Yembo at your next renewal if the survey was the reason you kept it. Keep it if your estimates and signatures live in Yembo and you want them there.
What’s different: The customer starts on your website and the quote gets written in your CRM. Yembo's surveys start from a survey link or a consult, its site describes no website quote form, and the quote is written in Yembo. MoveBlueprint publishes its price; Yembo does not.

An AI survey suite sold to movers and insurers in 40+ countries by their count: four survey modes, an estimate built from your tariff with e-signature inside Yembo, and a claims product. Sales-led. No price, contract length or CRM list published on their site (read 2026-09-17).
Best for: movers who want the survey, the tariff estimate and the signature in one vendor and are set up for a sales-led buy.

Best for: independent moving companies that want a real inventory on every lead before they call back, without a per-survey bill.

Feature comparison
| Yembo | MoveBlueprint | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | AI survey, tariff-built estimate with e-signature, and claims, sold as a suite | A website quote form plus an AI video survey, feeding the CRM you already run |
| Pricing | Not published. Get Demo and Contact Us on their site; Capterra reads "Contact vendor" (read 2026-09-17) | $199/mo with one login, $79/mo per extra login, surveys unmetered, on the site |
| Contract | Not published | Month to month, cancel anytime |
| Where the customer starts | A survey link or a live consult your office sets up | On your website: they price their own move on the quote form, then film |
| Survey modes | Four: AI self-survey, live Smart Consult, onsite with the AI counting, and Managed Surveys run by Yembo staff | Two: the customer films one narrated walkthrough on their own, or a mover-guided live call |
| AI builds the inventory from the video | Yes, their core product | Yes, item by item; weight and cube from standard industry tables, and a plausibility check flags items that look wrong |
| Where cube and weight come from | Not published | Industry cube-sheet tables, never the model |
| Who reviews the inventory | Your surveyor in the consult and onsite modes; Yembo staff on Managed Surveys | You, in your CRM or from the dashboard, before you price it |
| The estimate the customer signs | Built in Yembo from your tariff, signed in Yembo | Written in your CRM, from the inventory |
| Website quote form | Not published | Yes, setup help if you want it |
| Sends the inventory into your CRM | Not published on their site; SmartMoving lists Yembo as an integration | SmartMoving native; any other CRM through the API and webhooks |
- You want the survey, the tariff-priced estimate and the customer signature in one vendor, and a CRM is not where you want the quote written.
- You want a hands-off Managed Surveys tier where Yembo's own surveyors contact the customer, run the survey and review the inventory.
- You run interstate or international tariffs and want the estimate built from them in the same tool as the survey.
- You handle claims and want them in the same system as the survey.
If two or more apply, Yembo is the right call.
- The price is on the page: $199 a month with one login, $79 a month per extra login, surveys unmetered. Yembo publishes no price.
- The customer starts on your website. They price their own move on the quote form, then film, so the lead lands in your CRM already sized.
- Cube and weight come from industry cube-sheet tables, and a plausibility check flags items that look wrong. An item the table does not have gets a placeholder size until you correct it.
- The inventory lands in your CRM as soon as the AI finishes; you review it yourself, there or from the dashboard, before you price it. No separate tier for a human in the loop.
- The inventory pushes into the CRM you already run: SmartMoving natively today, any other CRM through the API and webhooks.
- Month to month, no contract.
If two or more apply, MoveBlueprint is the survey with the quote form in front of it and the price on the page, feeding the CRM you already have.
How the AI pipelines actually differ
Want to see the identify-only pipeline run on a real walkthrough? Book a demo and we’ll record one with you on the call.
Yembo
- The customer records their home from the phone browser, or joins a live Smart Consult where the surveyor directs the walk while the AI builds the inventory.
- Their site cites "millions" of annotated videos and ten granted AI patents. How cube and weight are assigned is not published.
- The estimate is built inside Yembo from your tariff, local through international, and signed there by e-signature.
- Where the inventory goes after that is not published on their site. SmartMoving lists Yembo as a third-party integration.
MoveBlueprint
- Identify-only LLM pattern (voice + vision multimodal). The AI recognizes items; canonical weight and cube come from industry-standard cube/weight tables, not from the model itself.
- A Claude plausibility critic flags items that look physically implausible.
- The inventory lands in your CRM as soon as the AI finishes; you review and adjust it there or from your dashboard before you price it. No separate tier for that.
- The inventory, box counts and room notes push into SmartMoving natively, or into any other CRM through the API and webhooks. No CRM hand-off is left half-built.
- Yembo has been at this longer and at larger scale. Their site cites millions of annotated videos and deployments in 40+ countries. On rare inventory (antiques, art, specialty equipment) that history may catch things ours misses. Our plausibility check and your review are how we close that gap.
- Yembo writes the estimate and takes the signature. Tariff-built, local through international, signed inside Yembo. MoveBlueprint stops at the inventory; you check it and write the quote in your CRM.
- Yembo has a Managed Surveys mode. Their own surveyors contact the customer, run the survey and review the inventory. We have nothing like it; you or your office run the review.
- A quote form on your website. The customer prices their own move before anyone calls them, and the lead lands in your CRM with the page it came from. Yembo's site describes no website quote form; its surveys start from a survey link or a consult.
- Cube and weight from industry tables. The AI recognizes items only; cube and weight come from a cube sheet, and an item the sheet does not have gets a placeholder size until you correct it. Yembo does not publish where its numbers come from.
- The quote stays in your CRM. The inventory lands where your team already works, and you check it and price it there, with your rates, in the tool you already pay for.
- $199 a month, on the page. One login included, $79 a month per extra login, surveys unmetered, month to month. No sales call to get a number.
Common questions
Is Yembo a competitor to MoveBlueprint?
On the survey, yes. Yembo runs four survey modes, from the customer filming alone to a live consult to surveys run by Yembo staff, then builds the estimate from your tariff and takes the signature inside Yembo. MoveBlueprint starts on your website with a quote form, runs the AI video survey behind it, and pushes the inventory into the CRM you already run, where you check it and write the quote.
How much does Yembo cost vs MoveBlueprint?
Yembo does not publish pricing. Their site runs Get Demo and Contact Us, and their Capterra listing reads Contact vendor with no free trial (read 2026-09-17). Contract length is not published either. MoveBlueprint is $199 a month with one login, $79 a month per extra login, surveys unmetered, month to month.
Do I still need a separate CRM if I use MoveBlueprint?
Yes. MoveBlueprint is not a CRM. It is the quote form and the AI video survey; the inventory it builds pushes natively into SmartMoving, or into any other CRM through the Partner API and webhooks.
Does MoveBlueprint charge per survey, like some AI survey tools do?
No. MoveBlueprint is unmetered: run as many AI video surveys as you need for the $199 a month, with no per-survey fee and no volume cap. Yembo does not publish its pricing structure, so we cannot state whether it meters by survey.
Is the AI survey actually any good?
It is identify-only: the model recognizes the items it sees, then we look weight and cube up from industry-standard cube and weight tables. The model never estimates weights itself. It uses what the camera sees and what the customer says, a second AI pass flags items that look physically unlikely, and the inventory lands in your CRM or your dashboard, where you check and adjust it before you price it.
What about Yembo’s "Managed Surveys" tier?
It is one of Yembo's four survey modes: their trained surveyors contact the customer, run the survey and review the inventory for you. Its price is not published. MoveBlueprint has no staffed mode; the inventory lands in your CRM as soon as the AI finishes and you review and adjust it there or from your dashboard, and that review is part of the $199.
