What AI moving survey software costs

Published prices run from $20 a survey to $599 a month, and 6 of the 14 tools below publish nothing at all. Every figure here was read off the vendor's own page on 2026-08-15, and every absence says which pages were checked.

    The short answer

Four shapes of price exist in this category, and they are not comparable to each other. Per survey, where HomeSurvey.ai charges $20 and gives you the first ten. Per job, where Voxme charges $300 a year plus $3 a job. Flat monthly, where MoveBlueprint Survey is $99 with surveys unmetered and Virtual Moving Technologies is $99 self-run or $297 for the AI to run it. Per user, where LiveSwitch starts at $299 a month for two seats and rises with headcount.

Six of the 14 publish nothing: Yembo, SmartMoving, Movegistics, Supermove, ComeHome.ai and Qubesheets. Their pricing question ends at a demo booking, so a mover cannot line them up against anything without spending an hour on a call first.

That imbalance is the reason $20 is the number quoted back at you everywhere. It is not the category price. It is the price that was legible to a machine.

    Survey tools

Tools whose main job is turning a customer's home into an inventory. Four of the eight publish a price.

CRMs where the survey is one module

The other way movers buy this is inside a CRM, either as an included feature or as an add-on. The survey is rarely priced separately here, which makes the plan price the only number you can actually compare.

What a month of surveys costs

Same question, run through each published model. Ten surveys is a small operation quoting a couple of jobs a week. Fifty is a busy month.

    Tool10 surveys50 surveys
    MoveBlueprint$99$99
    HomeSurvey.ai$200$1,000
    Virtual Moving Technologies$99 self-run, $297 AI-run, $690 done for you$99 self-run, $297 AI-run, $3,450 done for you
    LiveSwitch$299 and up$299 and up
    Voxme$55$175
    Virtual Estimate$599$599
    Elromco$289$289
    MoveitPro$359 and up$359 and up

Two things fall out of that table. Metered pricing wins at low volume and loses quickly: at $20 a survey the crossover against a $99 flat plan lands around 5 surveys a month, and by fifty it is a $900 gap. Volume packs soften the curve without changing its direction.

The second is that a CRM price and a survey price answer different questions. If you already run a CRM you are comparing a survey against a survey. If you are replacing the CRM too, the $289 to $599 tier prices are the honest comparison, and the survey inside them is worth checking rather than assuming.

What metering does to how you quote

A per-survey price does something a spreadsheet does not show. A mover paying by the survey rations them. Links go to the leads that already feel likely, and the rest get quoted over the phone from a room count, which is the habit the software was bought to end. Every survey you decide not to send is a job priced on a guess.

A per-user price has the mirror version of the same problem. It taxes the office growing, and it pushes a shop toward one shared login, which is how audit trails and permissions quietly stop meaning anything.

Flat pricing is only better if the plan covers the part of the job you need, which is where the number stops being the interesting part.

What the price does not tell you

Two tools at the same number can leave you in different places. The question worth asking is what happens after the inventory exists. With HomeSurvey.ai the quote, the signature and the deposit live in Movegistics, so the survey tends to bring a CRM with it. Virtual Moving Technologies sells the survey as a service, including a tier where their own team runs it. MoveBlueprint carries the reviewed inventory into a quote at your own rates, or pushes it into the CRM you already run.

Our own split sits on that line: Survey at $99 covers the AI video survey, the inventory your team reviews and the instant-quote widget. Complete at $199 adds quotes at your own rates with e-signature and deposits, plus pipeline, messaging and dispatch. Flat, month to month, with a 14-day free trial.

If the price is behind a call

Six of these will not tell you a number until you book. That is a sales choice, not a verdict on the product, but it does mean the first five minutes of the call are worth spending on this list rather than on the feature tour.

    • Is the meter surveys, users, jobs or seats, and what happens to the bill in a busy August.
    • Does the quote the customer signs come from this tool, or from a CRM I also have to buy.
    • What is the contract length, and what does the price do at renewal.
    • Is the AI survey included in the plan you just quoted me, or is it a line item on top of it.
    • What does onboarding cost, and is training billed separately.
    • If I leave, do I get my inventory data and my customer records out, and in what format.

    How this was checked

Each vendor's own pages were read on 2026-08-15, starting at the pricing page where one exists and the homepage where it does not. Published prices are quoted as written. Where nothing is published, the entry names the pages that were checked instead of asserting the absence from one glance, because a price can sit on a product page, a calculator or a footer link.

Third-party figures are labelled as third-party. Two tools here have ranges circulating in software listings and review posts, and a reported range is a different kind of fact from a page the vendor wrote. Both are useful. Presenting one as the other is how a comparison page ends up wrong about a real company, so they are kept apart on purpose.

Prices move, and several of these moved during 2026. The page carries the date it was read and gets re-read rather than quietly edited. If you find one out of date, send the vendor's page and it gets corrected with a new date.

    FAQ

How much does AI moving survey software cost?

Published prices run from $20 a survey (HomeSurvey.ai, first ten free) and $300 a year plus $3 a job (Voxme) up to $599 a month for a CRM tier carrying AI room scanning (Virtual Estimate). In between: Virtual Moving Technologies at $99 a month self-run or $297 for the AI to run it, LiveSwitch at $299 a month for two users, and MoveBlueprint Survey at $99 a month with surveys unmetered. Yembo, SmartMoving, Movegistics, Supermove, ComeHome.ai and Qubesheets publish no price. Every figure read from the vendor page on 2026-08-15.

Is per-survey or flat monthly pricing cheaper?

It crosses over at about five surveys a month. At $20 a survey, five costs $100 against $99 flat for unmetered surveys. Ten is $200 against $99. Fifty is $1,000 against $99. Below five a month the metered tools are cheaper, and ten free surveys make them cheaper still while you are testing. Volume packs soften the curve, they do not change its direction.

Why do most AI survey vendors hide their pricing?

Six of the fourteen tools compared here publish nothing and route the question to a demo booking. That is a sales choice rather than a signal about quality, but it has one measurable effect: search engines and AI assistants can only quote the prices that were published, so the number attached to this category in public is $20 a survey no matter what anyone actually pays.

Does the price include quoting, e-signature and deposits?

Often not, and that is where two identical numbers stop being comparable. A survey tool priced per survey usually ends at the inventory, with the quote and the signature happening in a CRM you also pay for. HomeSurvey.ai, for example, hands off to Movegistics. MoveBlueprint Survey at $99 covers the AI video survey, the inventory your team reviews and the instant-quote widget; Complete at $199 adds quotes at your own rates with e-signature and deposits, plus pipeline, messaging and dispatch.

What does a virtual survey cost compared to sending an estimator?

The comparison movers actually make is against a truck roll: an estimator driving to the house, an hour or two of their day, and the fuel. That is why per-survey pricing at $20 reads cheap and why a flat plan reads cheaper still once you are running surveys weekly. The number that matters is not the software price on its own, it is the software price against the estimating hours it removes.

Are there setup fees or contracts on AI survey software?

HomeSurvey.ai states no contract and no monthly minimum. Elromco states no setup fees. MoveitPro publishes tiered agreements at 12, 24 and 36 months, where the monthly price falls as the commitment lengthens. MoveBlueprint is month to month with a 14-day free trial and no per-user fee. For the vendors that publish nothing, contract length is part of what the demo call is for, and it is worth asking in the first five minutes rather than the last.
