    MoversTech CRM alternatives

MoversTech is a full moving CRM. It covers the parts of the business most software skips: storage billing, claims, multi-branch reporting, document workflows for commercial and long-distance work. If you are comparing it against a survey-first tool, you are really comparing breadth against depth, and the answer depends on which end of your business is bleeding time.

    MoversTech CRM

An end-to-end CRM built for moving companies, from single-location operators to multi-branch. Lead management, automated quoting including multi-day jobs, email and SMS, crew dispatch with time tracking, storage with automatic invoicing, document workflows, claims management, reporting, and crew apps for iOS and Android. Pricing is not published.

Best for: companies with storage, claims or multiple branches to run.

    MoveBlueprint

Video-survey and quoting software. The customer films a walkthrough from a text link with no app to download, the AI identifies the items, volume and weight come off industry cube-sheet tables, and the mover reviews before the quote goes out. $99/mo alongside your CRM, $199/mo for the whole workflow, both published.

Best for: companies losing jobs to the wait between the call and the quote.

    You don't have to switch

Keep MoversTech CRM. Add the AI survey on top.

Most movers comparing us to MoversTech CRM don't actually need to rip anything out. The quote widget and AI video survey run alongside MoversTech CRM, connected through our open Partner API. There isn't a native one-click connector for MoversTech CRM today and we won't pretend otherwise. Full replacement is further down this page if you want one system instead of two.

Read from MoversTech's own site on 25 August 2026. Several rows read "not published" because we could not find the detail on their site, which is not the same as saying they do not do it, and is not a criticism. MoversTech does not publish prices at all, so there is no figure to compare. If anything here is out of date or we have missed a page, tell us and we will correct it.

    The real difference

    Breadth against depth

MoversTech is wide on purpose. Storage billing and claims are unglamorous and genuinely hard to run out of spreadsheets, and a company doing commercial and long-distance work needs paperwork a survey tool has no opinion about. If that is your business, breadth is the right thing to buy and a narrow tool will not cover you.

MoveBlueprint is narrow on purpose. It does one job: turn a walkthrough the customer films into an inventory and a priced quote, the same day, without sending anyone out. The AI identifies items only. Cubic feet and weight come from the same industry tables an estimator would use, and you edit the list before the customer sees a price. We do not do storage billing or claims, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise.

    Cost, honestly

One of these numbers is public

MoversTech describes predictable pricing based on operational needs, with no long-term contracts or forced upgrades, but does not publish figures. That is normal in this category and it is not a trick. It does mean you cannot compare cost without a call.

MoveBlueprint publishes $99 and $199 a month, flat, with a free trial of 3 surveys or 14 days and no contract. If you want to know what a year costs before you talk to anybody, that is the difference.

    Switching from MoversTech CRM

How a MoversTech CRM migration actually goes

    1. You probably should not migrate. If storage and claims run through MoversTech, keep them there.
    2. Add the $99 Survey plan beside it and send your next few leads a walkthrough link instead of booking a visit.
    3. Push the finished inventory into MoversTech through the open API so quoting and dispatch stay where they are.
    4. Revisit consolidating only if you find you are living in the survey tool and barely opening the other one.

What’s different on MoveBlueprint: The inventory arrives before anybody drives out, and the weights behind it come from published tables rather than a guess.

Want help mapping it to your shop? Book a demo and we’ll walk the migration with you.

Where MoversTech is the better pick

Storage billing, claims and multi-branch reporting are not things a survey tool covers, and running them out of spreadsheets costs more than software does. If your business has those pieces, breadth wins and MoveBlueprint is not a replacement.

    • You bill for storage and want the invoicing to run itself.
    • Claims are a real part of your month and you want them tracked in the same system.
    • You run multiple branches and need reporting that separates them.
    • Commercial and long-distance work needs document workflows a survey tool does not cover.
    Where MoveBlueprint fits better
    • The survey is the product: the customer films a walkthrough and the AI identifies what is in the house.
    • Cube and weight come from industry cube-sheet tables rather than an AI guess, and you review every line.
    • The price is published, so you can work out the cost without booking a call.
    • Surveys are unmetered, in a category where charging per survey is the common model.
    • It runs beside the CRM you already have, so trying it is not a platform switch.
    FAQ

    Common questions

Is MoveBlueprint a good MoversTech CRM alternative?

Only if your business does not lean on the parts MoversTech covers and we do not. They handle storage billing, claims and multi-branch reporting. MoveBlueprint is narrow on purpose: a video survey that becomes a priced quote. For a lot of companies the honest answer is to run both rather than swap one for the other.

How much does MoversTech CRM cost compared with MoveBlueprint?

MoversTech does not publish figures. Their site describes predictable pricing based on operational needs with no long-term contracts or forced upgrades, so you need a call to get a number. MoveBlueprint publishes $99 a month for Survey and $199 for Complete, flat, with a free trial of 3 surveys or 14 days and no contract.

Does MoversTech CRM do AI video surveys?

Not that they publish. Their pages describe lead management with AI prioritisation, automated quoting, dispatch, storage billing, claims and crew apps, and do not mention a customer-filmed video walkthrough analysed by AI.

Does MoveBlueprint handle storage billing or claims?

No. Neither is in the product and neither is on the roadmap for the near term. If you bill for storage or process claims regularly, keep a system that does those.

Can I run MoveBlueprint alongside MoversTech CRM?

Yes, and that is usually the better move. Add the $99 Survey plan for the walkthrough, then push the finished inventory into MoversTech through the open Partner API. Everything you run there today, estimates and storage and dispatch, stays exactly where it is.

I am Daniel, second-generation Florida mover, and I built the software side myself. If you run storage and claims, MoversTech covers ground I deliberately do not. What I built is the part before the job exists: somebody calls, and instead of booking an evening to go and look at their living room, they film it and you send a price the same day. If that is what is costing you, come and watch it work.
