    What they claim

    The claims below are HomeSurvey.ai’s, quoted from their own site. We have not measured any of them, and we cannot find anyone independent who has, so read them the way you read any company’s numbers about itself:

    • 93% inventory accuracy against van-line bills of lading
    • 90% or better customer completion
    • a 12 to 25% close-rate lift
    • around $280 in mispriced labor avoided on a three-bedroom move

    We hold ourselves to the same standard, which is why you will not find an accuracy percentage on our own pages. The one number we do publish about accuracy is the cube sheet study, and that measures published industry tables against each other, not our software.

    Where HomeSurvey.ai is the better answer

    • At low volume the money is on their side. Ten free, then packs from $125 for five. Quote four jobs a month and no flat fee anywhere beats that.
    • Their Move-Day Audit checks what you quoted against what actually loaded. We have nothing like it.
    • They take military and PCS work. We do not.
