HomeSurvey.ai: What It Does, What It Costs, and the Alternatives
An AI virtual survey tool for movers, built by HelixIQ, the team behind the Movegistics CRM, and integrated natively into it.
- How the home gets captured
- The customer films a walkthrough on their own phone from a text link, in a browser, with no app to install. The AI tags items and returns a cube sheet with cubic feet, weight and carton counts.
- Price
- $20 per survey, pay as you go, with the first 10 free and no card required. Volume packs from five up to two hundred. No contract and no monthly minimum.
- Integrations
- Native to Movegistics and Gmail today. Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks and Zapier are announced for summer 2026, and announced is not the same as shipped.
- Built for
- Movers who want to test AI surveys with no subscription, and Movegistics customers.

What they claim
These are HomeSurvey.ai’s own marketing claims, quoted as theirs. We have not measured any of them and neither has anyone independent that we can find, so treat them the way you would treat any vendor’s numbers about itself:
- 93% inventory accuracy against van-line bills of lading
- 90% or better customer completion
- a 12 to 25% close-rate lift
- around $280 in mispriced labor avoided on a three-bedroom move
We hold ourselves to the same standard, which is why you will not find an accuracy percentage on our own pages. The one number we do publish about accuracy is the cube sheet study, and that measures published industry tables against each other, not our software.
Where HomeSurvey.ai is the better answer
- The trial economics are genuinely better if you quote a handful of jobs a month. Ten free surveys and no subscription beats any flat monthly fee at low volume.
- Their Move-Day Audit, comparing what was quoted against what actually loaded, has no equivalent on our side.
- They support military and PCS moves, which we do not.
Where we do it differently
- They meter and we do not. At $20 a survey, forty surveys in a month is $800. Survey is $99 a month flat with surveys unmetered, so the arithmetic flips somewhere around five surveys and keeps going.
- Theirs is a survey that hands off. The quote, the signature and the deposit live in Movegistics, so adopting it tends to mean adopting their CRM. Ours runs survey to reviewed inventory to a quote at your own rates in one place, or pushes into the CRM you already run.
- We offer a mover-guided live call as well as the customer filming alone. They market the async version.
MoveBlueprint Survey is $99 a month flat with surveys unmetered, and covers the AI video survey and the instant-quote widget on your site. Complete is $199 a month and adds quotes sent at your own rates with e-signature and deposits, plus pipeline, dispatch and messaging. Month to month, and the price is on the pricing page rather than behind a call.
Bring a job you quoted last week.
The fastest way to judge any of these tools is to run one against a move you already know the answer to.
FAQ
What does HomeSurvey.ai cost?
$20 per survey, pay as you go, with the first 10 free and no card required. Volume packs from five up to two hundred. No contract and no monthly minimum. For comparison, MoveBlueprint Survey is $99/mo flat with surveys unmetered, and Complete is $199/mo with quoting, e-signature and deposits included.
How does HomeSurvey.ai capture the home?
The customer films a walkthrough on their own phone from a text link, in a browser, with no app to install. The AI tags items and returns a cube sheet with cubic feet, weight and carton counts.
Is HomeSurvey.ai accurate?
They claim 93% inventory accuracy against van-line bills of lading. That is their number, not an independently measured one, and we have not tested it. Treat any vendor's accuracy claim about itself, ours included, as a starting point for your own test rather than an answer. Run one against a job you already know the number for.
What is the best HomeSurvey.ai alternative?
It depends on what is wrong with it for you. The trial economics are genuinely better if you quote a handful of jobs a month. Ten free surveys and no subscription beats any flat monthly fee at low volume. If that is what you need, stay. Where movers land on MoveBlueprint instead, the reason is usually this: Theirs is a survey that hands off. The quote, the signature and the deposit live in Movegistics, so adopting it tends to mean adopting their CRM. Ours runs survey to reviewed inventory to a quote at your own rates in one place, or pushes into the CRM you already run.
Does HomeSurvey.ai integrate with my CRM?
Native to Movegistics and Gmail today. Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks and Zapier are announced for summer 2026, and announced is not the same as shipped. MoveBlueprint pushes into SmartMoving and has an open API, so the survey can feed the CRM you already run rather than requiring you to switch.
