    What they claim

    These are ComeHome.ai’s own marketing claims, quoted as theirs. We have not measured any of them and neither has anyone independent that we can find, so treat them the way you would treat any vendor’s numbers about itself:

    • their AI inventory is "85%+ accurate"
    • three years of data from large movers behind the model
    • over six thousand hours saved in 2025

    We hold ourselves to the same standard, which is why you will not find an accuracy percentage on our own pages. The one number we do publish about accuracy is the cube sheet study, and that measures published industry tables against each other, not our software.

    Where ComeHome.ai is the better answer

    • Photos ask less of a customer than filming a walkthrough does, so the reluctant ones who would never record a video will still send pictures.
    • They will put a rebranded version of the tool on a mover website, which is a genuinely low-friction way to start.
    • They document a SmartMoving integration for pushing the lead across.

    Where we do it differently

    • Photos against a walkthrough. Their own site says it plainly: residents often forget to photograph items, or photograph them twice. A filmed walk through the house catches the room the customer would not have thought to shoot, and the voice track catches what is not going.
    • Their output is a qualified lead with an estimate attached. Ours is an inventory the mover reviews and then prices at their own rates, which is a different thing to hand a customer.
    • We publish what it costs. They do not.
